Helsinki Metropolia University is a Finnish University and the largest university of applied science in Finland. The University is recognized for its participation in research and partnerships with industry.
The partnership focus of Kamuzu College of Nursing and Helsinki Metropolia University is faculty and student exchange. The university has bilateral agreements with Kamuzu College of Nursing as part of their exchange program. Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences was also the coordinator of the Malawi-Zambia Health Care Project which ran from 2013 to 2015 and featured Kamuzu College of Nursing as a Malawi partner. The funded activities of this project included; teacher exchanges, student exchanges, administrative visits and meets as well as an intensive course.
